Due to continued growth we are now seeking to recruit an experienced/senior Security Systems Engineer to be part of our expanding team, with previous experience in the installation of integrated Intruder Detection, Access Control, Perimeter and CCTV systems. This role will involve working at client premises across the UK and Ireland.

Position Description:
Reporting to the Operations Manager/Director ability to install and commission security solutions complete with head end commissioning within budget and timescale whilst complying with contract specifications and established standards.
To control and manage install and commissioning process in line with allocated timescales and budgets focusing on project milestones
To work within a team to achieve the project and divisional goals
Ability to wire and commission CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, Perimeter Detection Systems as a minimum.
Instruct and coordinate subcontractors.
To produce and maintain records and perform the works in accordance with company procedures.
We seek a talented ambitious Engineer who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service, possesses excellent organisation and communication skill. Ideally you will have over 5 years’ experience, be registered CSCS/ JIB ECS or SKILL card holder of a relevant supervisory Gold Card.
Responsibilities:
Working in a team within the UK Region who undertake projects within the Power Generation, Energy, Utilities, Nuclear, Transport, Military and commercial sectors, your duties will include but not limited to:
Conduct site surveys and attend project progress meetings where required
Gather requirements for project materials and work with Logistics Coordinator to ensure timely delivery
Liaison and correspondence with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Coordination and maintaining files and records
To ensure that the client is satisfied in all aspects of the installation, maintenance and service visits prior to leaving site, and to project a commitment to quality customer service at all times
To ensure that all Company property is used and maintained properly including special tools, ladders and Company vehicle where appropriate
Where necessary to be available for standby and call out rota as required.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures & regulations.
The following are essential requirements for the role:
Full, clean driving license
Must pass full DBS check
Must pass British Standard Security Screening (BS7858)
Must pass relevant high security screening for some of our customers sites
The following are desirable, but not essential
Current ECS Card
Current IPAF license preferable (but training is available)
Current PASMA license preferable (but training is available)
Broad knowledge of security products
IT and networking knowledge
It would be an advantage to have experience in some of the following products. Though training can be provided:
Access Control - Gallagher/Cardax, C-Cure, CEM, Linel, Paxton.
VMS – Genetec, Milestone, I-Comply.
Ip CCTV – Axis, Verasity, HIKVision, Pelco, Bosch, Avigialon.
Intruder -Honeywell Galaxy, Texecom
Audio visual – Commend, Stentofon, 2N, comlite, videx
ANPR -CitySync, Road Pixel, NDI
You will need to possess experience of integrated security solutions; to include CCTV, access control, perimeter protection. The key objectives will include installation and commissioning of a wide range of Systems integrated contracts ensuring safe and timely delivery, co-ordinating and managing the day to day site activities, carrying out Commissioning Works and managing Sub-contractors during the installation.
Salary and Benefits:
27-32k Basic Salary (dependant on experience) Plus Paid Travel & Overtime
28 Days per year paid holiday (including Bank Holidays), increasing to a maximum of 33 Days with time served

Overview:
The package comes with fully expensed vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, laptop, drill(s) testing and fault-finding equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity to expand both your knowledge & experience within IP systems, video encoders, wireless technology and video management software.
Basic Hours are 08.00 – 16.30 on site. 40 hours per week
