Join our international engineering teams on our Graduate Programme in one of our three divisions – IMI Precision, IMI Critical and IMI Hydronic Engineering. Spend two years rotating through engineering roles, with one rotation giving you the chance to play a part in Growth Hub, our innovation engine, working on live projects, seeing the product lifecycle from end to end.

You could be gathering design inputs on circuit board design, selecting and designing boards for smart products to connect with automation, industry 4.0 and Cloud. You’ll be collaborating with our customers, the Sales team and internal experts to finalise solutions. You will learn how to:

· Design PCB circuit boards and write code for the automation processes

· Develop breakthrough solutions for complex problems

Starting your Graduate journey in a Mechatronics placement, you have the opportunity to partner with world class engineers and leaders to solve industry’s toughest challenges.

What you need

Our programme offers the opportunity to work across multiple locations, which means you may need to relocate. With roles available in locations across the globe, you can apply for overseas opportunities as long as you have the right to work in the country you’re applying to.

You will also need a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering-related subject area. Key qualities we like to see:

· Fluent English language skills
