YOUR ROLE
- The Manufacturing Engineering Manager oversees the development and implementation of all manufacturing processes to maintain product functionality as well as cost efficiency, including development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process.
- Responsible for directing and coordinating the Engineers with responsibilities related, but not limited to, product quality (NCMRS, Customer Complaints, Off Spec) and other projects within the Engineering group.
- This position oversees the day-to-day engineering functions as well as managing both short-term and long-term projects as related to product safety, quality improvement, scale up, product transfer, and product/equipment qualifications.
- Ensures Engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively.
- Performs other duties as it relates to Leadership and SHEQ Management
YOUR SKILLS
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Chemical Engineering preferred.
- A minimum of 10+ years experiences in Engineering with 3 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent math and statistical analysis skills
- Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
- Expert knowledge in using A-3 and 8D
- Knowledge of these standards: ISO 45001, ISO14001, ISO9001, TS16949, and 5S preferred.
- Knowledge of Project Management
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Proven leadership and development skills

The annualized salary range for this role is $120,000.00 –$142,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
