Junior Engineer
Location: St. Inigoes, MD
Minimum Clearance Required: Secret
As a Junior Engineer, you will be responsible for engineering, technical and logistical support for a designated Navy communication datalink LAMPS/MMDLS program.
Who You Are and What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field required
- Ability to work under direction but to be able to use own initiative when required
- Ability to understand the "bigger picture", while working with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience working within relevant engineering or operational capacity preferred
What You Will Do:
- Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons and communications systems.
- Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
- Apply engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management.
- Analyze, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military weapons and communications systems, associated support systems, or management information systems.
