Overview
2nd line support engineer - Swindon- up to £30,000 - Remote
Austin Fraser are looking for a 2nd line support engineer to join a growing IT services business based in Swindon.
The 2nd Line Engineer will be working as part of a small team to support users across a range of Windows tech alongside Azure and O365 and work in a productive service desk environment.
The role is 1 day on-site.
Key experience:
- Windows servers with virtualisation
- Active Directory
- Azure AD
- O365 (Strong knowledge of the IaaS service model)
- Local Network Support (Routing / Firewalls / VLan)
Nice to have:
- Microsoft HyperV
Datto / Veeam backup products
Sophos / Defender security products
Experience with HP kit
