About the team
The EMEA Enterprise Chief of Staff Team reports into our General Manager Enterprise EMEA, driving our priorities across People, Process and Performance to protect and grow our business. Our EMEA Enterprise Team is one of the fastest growing and largest business segments at Worldpay, and we count some of the world’s largest businesses as our customers.
What you will be doing
Supporting the General Manager Enterprise EMEA, the EMEA Growth and Engagement Lead ensures our 400+ team is engaged and equipped to deliver their roles. This role also focuses on delivering critical process improvement across the entire team. This role collaborates closely with EMEA Commercial Leadership, TPO (People Office), Marketing, Communications and more.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our EMEA Enterprise business, team and customers
- Drive a high-performance culture across EMEA; design and launch business development, relationship management and other campaigns to drive key metrics, report and track success
- Own and execute key process improvement initiatives e.g. Project Phoenix, Salesforce data clean-up requirements and other large-scale programmes that require input and action from primarily our relationship management team
- Ensure our people have the tools and support they need to thrive in their roles e.g. personal development plans, training delivered via L&D, understanding of our EMEA OKRs and more
- Design and deliver our EMEA communications plan, ensuring alignment with our broader Worldpay communications plans
- Design and drive agenda for our EMEA intra-team events, including full-team and XLT offsites
- Own our EMEA Accelerate programme to retain and engage our highest performing candidates
- Support and/or deliver other ad hoc projects that form part of our EMEA Chief of Staff function across business performance, commercial strategy and more
What you bring:
- Relevant experience and/or transferable skills
- A degree from a good University
- A “can-do” attitude, willing to get stuck in with a variety of different projects with a passion to get things done and drive to delivery
- Proactive and strategic thinker, able to look ahead to foresee issues and plan around them
- Excellent organisation skills, able to coordinate across multiple projects and stay on top of details
- Clear, proactive communicator (both written and verbal), able to listen and work well with others while being confident and assertive where required
- Developing networker, able to build relationships internally & externally
