About the role:
You will work with the other Student Engagement Officers, the Enrichment Manager, and the Head of Hubs to plan, organise, deliver, and evaluate an exciting and wide-ranging Student Enrichment & Engagement Programme that includes:
Each of our Student Engagement Officers will be primarily based at one of our 3 campuses either at Holloway, Finsbury Park or Angel. You will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the entire student enrichment and engagement programme at the campus where you are based. In addition, each enrichment officer will also lead on coordinating the cross-campus planning of one of the following enrichment areas:
About you:
You will be an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who is open to a challenge and enjoys working within a creative, supportive, and fast paced team.
You will have at least two years' experience working with young people (aged 16-19) and ideally a degree or a relevant professional qualification (youth work, social work, teaching). You will ideally have experience or either youth engagement /student voice or youth campaigning, group facilitation, event/project planning or D of E.
You will have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and be passionate about young people's engagement, participation and skills development; you will be innovative and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a team as well as having an ability to work independently. You will have excellent organisational, problem solving, planning and group facilitation skills and an ability to network and build partnerships.

The College offers a huge array of academic and vocational courses from entry levels right through to HE for young and adult learners. - Student Leadership, Student Voice, Student Ambassadors, Volunteerism, Social Action & Jack Petchey Awards
About you:
