Student Services is seeking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our new Student Engagement Team to proactively work with students who are at risk of dis-engagement with their studies.
In this varied and challenging role, you will be identifying and contacting students with the aim of re-engaging them with their studies. This includes contacting students directly to identify and remove any barriers that they might be facing, and developing student engagement campaigns.
You should have a degree or equivalent and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ideally, you will have familiarity with SITS (the student record system) and have experience of coordinating and planning projects.
