Job description
We have opportunities available for Care Assistants to work at The Partnership in Care, Prince of Wales House, Ipswich, Suffolk.

Do you have experience in healthcare or within a similar role? No formal qualification is required, we see life experience and personal values as just as important.
What do we offer?

A joining bonus of £200 with a further £200 for any applicant who stay with the company for three months.
We are working with SCC Kick Start for Care and anyone who has not worked in care for the last 2 years could be entitled to a £750 joining bonus on week 12 of employment.
A refer a friend scheme where existing employees and new starters each receive a bonus of £200 after three months of working with the company. Then a further bonus of £100 after six months of employment with TPIC.
We offer full in house training given by our experienced team and opportunity to progress within the organisation. Full training and further career development.
