Salary Range
£44,656 - £55,820
Essential Skills and Experience:
-
Excellent knowledge of the UK Credit Card industry and product suites

Experience of leading on big and complex product strategy / change programmes which have delivered tangible results for customers

A deep understanding of how to develop, drive and deliver product strategic change, and how to measure performance
-
Hands-on experience of developing business cases which balance value and customer experience

Strong presentational, communication & influencing skills, which you've put into practice with cross-functional stakeholders.
Ultimately, you're able to use your analytical mindset to apply balanced thinking across commercial and customer/conduct challenges, with a risk lense. You'll do this by being highly organised, finding your own solutions to new and emerging issues, and building great relationships with internal and external parties.
