We're looking for driven and ambitious Sales Consultants to join our award-winning team. You’ll make outbound B2B sales calls to our portfolio of existing customers who have entered their renewal window to renegotiate a new energy tariff, as well as hot leads from our Lead Generation team.


We're offering an industry leading package of £25,000 base salary + uncapped commission! We’ll also pay you a guaranteed commission of £5000 per annum for your first 12 months whilst you build up your pipeline!

What you'll be getting up to


At Utility Bidder, we believe in doing a job well and we know that a great salesperson will always deliver more than just the numbers. You'll identify customer needs and match them with a product to meet those needs, liaising with our panel of energy providers to source the right solutions, and provide accurate written quotations. As you build your customer portfolio, you'll act as their main point of contact, managing their accounts and monitoring your pipeline for renewal and other business opportunities.


What we’re looking for


  • 12 months + sales experience (in a B2B telesales environment)
  • Energy sector experience (preferable)
  • Self-motivated and target driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, professional environment
  • Excellent pitching, influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to find a win-win solution
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
  • Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capability
  • Accurate, with a thorough approach and attention to detail
  • Initiative and a desire to learn & grow with the business
  • A collaborator, team worker and effective communicator
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
