We have an opportunity to work on behalf of one of our existing clients here at CC33, within a brand new campaign. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to non-existing customers to discuss the potential of them transferring their gas and electricity package over to our client. The client is a multi-service provider supplying energy, broadband, phone line and insurance policies to its customers. Offering competitive pricing for consolidating products and service.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience within a contact centre environment and be confident and resilient throughout the day, how the ability to handle rejection is of the upmost importance whilst offering and outstanding customer service for our client is what we look for. Transferrable skills from other industries will be considered as we offer a 2 week training period to get you up to speed on all of the skills and knowledge you would require to be successful within the role.
Salary & Bonus:
This role has a basic salary of £21,673.60 per annum.
We also offer an uncapped commission scheme, which means you could take home an OTE of £25,000
We also offer our ‘Loyalty Pay Scale’ scheme, which will see your annual salary increase every year of your tenure up to £23,000 basic salary per annum.
Shifts:
You will be contracted at 40 hours per week, between the hours of 10am & 7pm, Monday to Friday.
(Weekend work may be offered as additional overtime)
Start Date: Monday 19th June.
Location:
You will be based at our offices located on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield (S11). Our offices are a short walk from the city-centre with excellent transport links from surrounding areas.

What are we looking for?
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve challenging sales targets.
- A strong level of reading and spoken English, due to level of scripture required to be performed within the role.
- A confident individual.
- The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers.
- Experience within an energy sales or customer service role is beneficial.
- Sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Transferable skills from previous employment (retail, hospitality, contact centre)
- You must be able to deliver a top-quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer.
- The ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day.
