Hyde is looking to recruit an Energy Advisor.

As an Energy Advisor at Hyde, you will be working as part of the Energy and Sustainability team within the Asset Management and Sustainability division to support the development and implementation of new processes and projects designed to measure and manage Hyde’s energy consumption, costs, and emissions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the bureau provider for the measurement, management and reporting of energy and water use within community heating systems, heat networks, office sites, communal areas, and renewable energy systems against KPI’s.
- Respond to queries and provide technical advice to staff, contractors, customers and other stakeholders relating to energy and utilities issues and liaising with the metering and billing agent to resolve them.
- Providing utility consumption data to other departments in The Hyde Group.
- Identify problematic energy consumption patterns and validate savings achieved by energy saving measures.
- Working with the communications team to ensure latest energy updates are available to customers via the Hyde website.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Experience of working within the utilities/energy or sustainability sector.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and heat networks is desirable.
