The Energy Advice Programme (EAP) provides energy advice to fuel poor and vulnerable clients who are struggling to pay their bills. Energy advice includes advice on fuel options, tariffs and energy grants, as well advice on energy efficiency, with the aim of reducing their bills. Advice is delivered through a mix of one-to-one appointments and group sessions.
Appointments take place over the telephone, video call or face to face. Group sessions are delivered in the community, with the aim of creating an entry point for underrepresented communities to access energy advice and other Citizens Advice services.
If appointed as a trainee you will be required complete the Citizens Advice energy training programme, which is available on the Citizens Advice training platform. Experienced advisers may need to undertake update modules on energy advice on the training platform.
All candidates (except existing CA Camden employees) invited to interview will be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK in order to comply with the statutory requirements. Citizens Advice Camden is an equal opportunities employer.
We encourage applications from all sections of the community.
