Halisham with travel around East Sussex 30 hours per week £25,396 - £27,093 per year pro rata Plus £1,000 car user allowance per year pro rata Work in Mind is a successful service in East Sussex to help people accessing NHS Talking Therapy treatment for stress, anxiety and low mood into new employment/retaining existing employment. Working in partnership and co-located with Health in Mind, the team is well-respected and has an excellent working relationship. Role Summary: You will be the first point of contact for incoming referrals and will support management with eligibility checks and inputting onto data systems. You will contact new clients receiving therapy that want to access employment support, assess their needs using person-centred methods, explain a little about the service and what the next steps would be on their employment support journey. An initial assessment will be completed by you identifying employment support needs. You will keep detailed, accurate records of your interactions and ensure close liaison with management over any concerns raised. We are embedded into Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and are co-located with Health in Mind clinicians who provide therapy support for clients.
