- If you're a HR professional with significant experience in employee relations or employment law, we’d like to hear from you

- Depending on your experience, you'll be rewarded with a salary of £41,863 - £59,100 along with our excellent benefits package
- This is a remote-first role, which means the location can be flexible, but involves face-to-face training delivery predominantly in the South of the country, however training delivery is to meet client needs across the UK, therefore travel and over-nights will be required
What you'll do
In this role, you'll provide and consultatively promote a range of services to clients, meeting their employment and HR needs. You’ll be great at building relationships and gaining an in-depth understanding of their needs and priorities. This will allow you to provide them with the right training to meet their needs.
You’ll also be:
- Delivering virtual and face-to-face training as required
- Making sure that your information or advice and guidance is suitable, appropriate, technically correct, relevant and communicated in a clear and fair way
- Supporting with new business prospect meetings, business networking and relationship building with the internal and external network and new customer lead referrals
- Horizon scanning and acting on feedback to design new training materials alongside regularly designing and enhancing the current training suite
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with an NVQ4, diploma or degree level professional qualification in employment law or HR. You’ll need to work with high levels of attention to detail, and a good degree of time management and flexibility in order to best meet your clients’ needs.
You’ll also need:
- Practical experience in employment law, employee relations or HR in a professional role, and experience in providing advice in complex matters
- A strong background of identifying customer needs, calling out risks and prioritising recommendations
- The ability to identify and lead business solutions, bespoke service offerings to customers and to specifically deliver commercial price quotes
- The communication skills to liaise with regulatory bodies or legal counsel under the advice of senior consultants
- The flexibility to travel as and when required
