Previous experience in Employer Branding together with proven marketing skills and success will be essential – but can have been gained in either a marketing/specialist EB agency or within an in-house EB function.
In return?
This is a great opportunity to own projects, get exposure to a diverse range of challenges and opportunities and contribute to the future of the Brand & Attraction function. It’s a fast-moving, supportive, and team-focused culture, and you’ll be encouraged to explore other opportunities within the business at the end of the contract.
