Job Title: Employee Relations Investigator
Hours: Full-time flexible
Type: Fixed Term contract 12 months

We recognise the importance of completing investigations in a timely way to reduce the impact on individuals, teams, and service delivery.
The successful candidate will:
Have an understanding the importance and impact of a Just and Learning Culture, as well as ensuring a focus on EDI at all stages of the process
Be experienced to undertake investigations across all employee relations case types. This will involve developing high quality written reports to be presented during formal hearings
Have experience and ability to mediate and coach would be essential
