Description

The Apple Services Academy is a 12 month entry-level program starting in September 2023. It is full-time, competitively salaried, and includes a program to support personal development. There may be other opportunities within Apple at the end of this program, however this cannot be guaranteed. You will have a range of responsibilities including significant day-to-day tasks alongside longer project work. You will be a vital and impactful member of the team and every day will be different, rewarding and challenging. We are looking for passion and potential rather than prior work experience. Responsibilities Your responsibilities are likely to grow and change during your time with us. This is a short overview of some of the responsibilities you will help the Employee Experience team with: - Manage reporting and email communications. Ensure these materials are meeting the intended goals and KPIs. Conduct regular audits to make sure they are up-to-date. - Help to implement program plans for our teams that are developed and executed to a high standard. - Provide program support for key initiatives, working with members of the Employee Experience team. - Critically examine experiences of our program participants and marshal support and resources for solutions to improve them. - Partner closely with Line of Business, People and Inclusion and Diversity teams on supporting program participants at the local level. - Assist with timely communication of key project information. - Be a passionate advocate for Apple Content & Services with a strong attention to detail, showing high energy and a positive attitude.

Education & Experience

Candidates from all education backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Requirements Able to complete the full program (12 months), starting Sep 2023. Must currently have the right to live and work in the UK. The UK roles are based in our London Battersea Power Station office. We are able to support with relocation from within the UK if needed. This is an entry level program with a fixed (competitive) salary.
