JOB TITLE: EMEA PROGRAMME & OPERATIONS MANAGER

REPORTS INTO: SENIOR EMEA PROGRAMME MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a EMEA Programme and Facilities Operations Manager to support primarily UK operations for one of our major technology clients.

We work in a dynamic and fast paced environment and this role will sit within the central programs team, who oversee the delivery of multiple programs that touch all aspects of our IFM operational delivery, but this role will also include some hands on engagement within the UK operations to support overall operational priorities as and when they arise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programmes
The ability to create a detailed project plan from client briefs to include all cross functional partners (Facilities, Culinary & Security), deliver, manage and report via regular stakeholder meetings. Identify, own and manage any risks that have been identified through the project lifecycle via structured reporting techniques.

Support business improvement and change management programmes across the account.

Support in driving regional consistency across the account e.g. in reporting, standard operating procedures and systems.

Facilities Operations
Supporting all facilities projects, crisis management activities and any changes to the real estate portfolio.

Supporting Facilities Managers across the UK portfolio in stakeholder management, vendor management, finance and governance.

Communicating efficiently to keep the Client and management team informed of any elevated risks or events, as necessary.

Managing budget and spend ensuring alignment with JLL and Client policies and procedure, including creating Purchase Orders, goods receipting and processing invoices.

Engaging with key vendors at management level to drive service delivery against agreed key performance indicators and service level agreements.

Ensure building regulations, statutory obligations, legislative compliance and best working practice are delivered.

Supporting the day-to-day site management activities across the UK operations including site functionality, escalation management, planning and Client satisfaction.

Project Management
Manage the programming and scheduling of work activities throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

To prioritise the information provided by the client to project forecasting/pipeline.

Merger & Acquisition
Supporting with the integration of organisations that our client is seeking to Acquire. This will involve supporting M&A project management processes including due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closing, and integration.

WORKING LIFE:
In the role you will work across our EMEA campus which is currently spread over 20 countries

The main business language spoken in our offices is English. Knowledge of English is essential

You will business partner with the Senior Leadership team and work with the local teams independently reporting to the Senior EMEA Programme Lead

You will work over a 5-day week, Monday to Friday

On occasion you may be required to travel

ABOUT YOU:
You have 5 years + ʼ direct ʻ facilities Management experience delivering combined hard and soft services

You are adept at multitasking and are able to manage multiple projects effectively

Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, multinational environment (desired but not essential)

Must be able to demonstrate flexibility in relation to type of works carried out and availability
