Job Description


We are looking for an exceptional Director of Marketing Operations to join our EMEA marketing team. Reporting into the EMEA Chief Marketing Officer, this new role will be responsible for directing the operations and programmes of key marketing initiatives across the EMEA region for Colliers, to drive growth through brand and client engagement performance.

The key purpose of the role is to maximise marketing effectiveness for the EMEA Marketing function, delivering increased productivity and performance against our strategic Enterprise’25 goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing operations and programme delivery for key marketing initiatives across the EMEA region, maximising our impact in both customer and internal marketing
  • Execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with research, content, creative, digital and events skills leaders, and in partnership with our priority service line leaders and functional teams
  • Drive the scoping, development and adoption of marketing technologies and solutions, ensuring they are integrated with other systems and processes across the organisation
  • Oversee EMEA regional marketing budget and manage vendor relationships, ensuring value for money from third-party providers and return on marketing investment
  • Conduct regular WIP meetings, revamp processes as necessary, and manage stakeholder involvement in complex projects
  • Develop and implement a dashboarding and reporting system, using KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs against our Enterprise’25 strategic priorities in Expanding Client Relationships and Amplifying Our Brand
  • Manage marketing programs on behalf of specialist asset class practice groups, including Retail, I&L, Hotels, and ESG, overseeing their marketing programs and ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives
  • Comprehensively understand business objectives and cross-functional team goals and translate these in to optimised processes for campaign planning, data segmentation and performance measurement
  • Enable high quality and timely output from the overall EMEA Marketing team: provide advice and be an escalation point for any issues or risks to the successful delivery of the Marketing Operations performance calendar
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of core marketing processes, capabilities, and systems to enable efficient and effective delivery of the strategic EMEA marketing goals
  • Evaluate the marketing tech stack to assess requirements and build business cases to commission and develop innovative technology as needed

Qualifications


Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven experience operating at a Senior Manager/director level in professional services, with a track record of delivering successful marketing programs and initiatives across large, geographically dispersed regions
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in marketing technologies and solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team, collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders towards shared goals
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a positive outlook in challenging situations
