Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver including in-person and virtual instructor-led training
- Engage directly with users on a daily basis by providing onsite support
- Understand the different roles of end users, including bankers, business managers and administrative staff
- Ability to quickly learn and gain proficiency in the various in house developed desktop, web and mobile applications
- Assist with the creating and maintaining training materials, user guides and Confluence pages
- Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency of training content
- Collect end-user feedback for the broader technology team to incorporate into future design/enhancements
Job Qualifications:
- The ability to communicate clearly and confidently to all levels of seniority in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in developing and delivering various training materials and modalities, including in-person, virtual and digital training
- The ability to adapt to fast changing situations and problem solve
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to rapidly learn new technologies/tools and context of usage
- Interest in technology and the latest apps
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1-2 years of Training and/or Business Analysis experience
- Financial Services experience ideal, but first class customer training also considered
- Must have experience in using Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Experience in working with different levels of stakeholders ideal
