EMEA Facilities Management (FM) Manager
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance
Location: London (Office Based)
Job Description:
An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced EMEA FM Manager in the banking sector. Join our dynamic team in London and take on a pivotal role in managing and coordinating service delivery across our international portfolio. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless execution of FM services, working closely with in-country delivery teams, FM partners, and the supply chain. Contribute to our client's ongoing growth and success through your leadership and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee high-quality service delivery in the UK and international portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, KPIs, and reporting.
- Act as the main point of contact for FM services provision.
- Contribute to the strategic goals of the client's international real estate platform.
- Support facilities-related projects domestically and internationally.
- Take ownership of facilities-related activities as a representative of the client's Estates team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
- BIFM qualification or significant industry experience.
- Proven management experience with P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrable international experience or working within a global key account.
- Strong experience in project execution, risk management, and real estate activities.
- Extensive IFS experience, particularly within critical financial services environments.
- Prior client-facing and senior stakeholder management experience.
- Solid understanding of process and control in a commercial environment.
