Email Marketing Specialist London, England
Job description
We're looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us plan campaigns, write email copy, order creatives, set up campaigns in Klaviyo and Autopilot, talk to clients when necessary, and run A/B tests on automation.
Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of ecommerce email marketing best practices, excellent copywriting skills, and experience working with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and Autopilot. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns that drive revenue and engagement for our clients.
- Write compelling email copy that resonates with our client's target audience.
- Order creatives from our in-house Creative team and ensure they are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction.
- Set up campaigns in Klaviyo and Autopilot using existing templates and make necessary adjustments to ensure they meet campaign objectives.
- Communicate with clients when necessary to ensure their needs are being met and expectations are exceeded.
- Run A/B tests on automations to optimize performance and improve campaign results.
