Role Summary:

In this exciting new role, you will be a key stakeholder in the implementation and activation of our EMEA email marketing automation programs. Whether it’s troubleshooting an email onboarding journey, or setting up an ecommerce store transactional email, you’ll be passionate about building and delivering world class email communications. You will be leading projects from beginning to end, supporting content strategy, channel reporting and optimisation, vendor/agency management, email development and design (html/CSS), and executing ad-hoc email campaigns.

About the Role:

  • You will own the implementation of automated email initiatives end-to-end, coordinating project requirements with external partners and working closely with Customer Experience, Creative Services, Data Science, and IT throughout the process.
  • You will be responsible for leveraging marketing automation platforms (Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to create personalisation for new and existing customers.
  • You will support the in-country marketing teams in the planning, QA and execution of email campaigns through email marketing automation platforms.
  • You should have the ability to troubleshoot, assist, research and support email automation initiatives, as needed. In addition, you will be optimising email campaigns for deliverability and mobile rendering (responsive).
  • You will be influencing and steering the implementation of scalable email customer journeys to drive new ecommerce revenue and retention strategies.
  • You will regularly monitor the health of marketing automation journeys and email effectiveness through dashboard reporting and analytics.
  • You will be passionate about groundbreaking email automation, and someone who goes the extra mile to hit growth goals.

About You:

  • You will have multiple years of digital marketing experience managing email marketing campaigns working with Marketing Automation software (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • You will have proficiency in building and designing emails using the established design system and templates; instituting continuous best in class email best practices that drive measurable conversions.
  • You’ll have experience in executing email campaigns on schedule based on marketing calendars, including significant experience with marketing automation, data management, and email deliverability best practices.
  • You should be experienced in data management and quality checks with the ability to analyse reporting and provide recommendations based on testing.
  • You should have experience in defining and executing rigorous testing plans to drive continuous improvements in CTOR, Open Rates, and conversions.
  • You should have detailed understanding of customer lifecycle campaigns, including experience of implementing and validating email tracking and campaign query parameters for Google Analytics reporting and measurement.
  • Your experience should include supporting the end-to-end development of new marketing automation journeys and managing automation production schedules to ensure on-time execution and delivery.
