Email Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a brilliant Email Marketing Coordinator to join our Goldmine services team. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will work with them and the rest of the team to coordinate and deliver our clients’ email marketing campaigns.
This is a fast-paced role that will require you to work with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally at any given time; a calm and organised approach is therefore required. The ability to work with high accuracy to tight deadlines will be essential. The confidence to build and maintain relationships is also key.

Main Responsibilities:
Day-to-day you will be essential to the delivery of client campaigns:
- Shepherding the campaign through its lifecycle, ensuring that procedures are followed so that the whole team are aware of current campaign status
- Building recipient lists that match both the clients targeting requirements and budgeting constraints, using your knowledge of our audience and the tools available to you to hone the list
- Setting up the campaigns on the Goldmine System and the Emailer System, ensuring the correct details are entered, seed lists are added and consistent structures are adhered to.
- Review copy and imagery to provide initial feedback to designers and account managers, utilising your knowledge of best practice to highlight any obvious areas of concern.
- Liaise with the client throughout the process so they are kept fully up to date with the campaigns progress.
- Produce excel reports, presentations, marketing materials, campaign analysis and any other documents detailing and promoting the product.
- To work closely with external and internal teams to deliver the best results for our clients.
Job specific skills / technical skills / requirements
- Relevant experience in a fast paced position with proven transferable skills.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication skills both client facing and with colleagues
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management
- A background/knowledge in the Asset Management industry is desirable.
- An understanding of HTML is a plus.
