Our Repairs and Maintenance Team provide responsive and planned works to the councils housing stock located throughout Northumberland
The role
Reporting to the electrical compliance team leader the electricians will be undertaking repairs, maintenance renewal of systems inspection and testing of our council housing stock The electricians need to be suitably qualified to NVQ level 3 and hold City and Guilds 2382 18th edition City and Guilds 2330 (or equivalent) for electrical installations City and Guilds 2391/2394 and 2395 initial Verification, testing and inspection
We are offering:
- A starting salary of £31,099 rising in increments to £34,723 (Band 7)
- 25 days annual leave plus public and bank holidays (rising to 30 after 5 years of service) (pro-rata for part-time employees)
