About the Role This role is to enhance our MTeam and is a great career opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference and contribute to the way we shape and deliver our services. You will be accountable for carrying out electrical work and domestic ventilation servicing/repairs work across all properties and communal facilities. You will provide an effective, compliant, and safe maintenance service to all our customers. You will have experience in general repairs and maintenance, such as basic carpentry and plumbing alterations. This is important to ensure you can replace shower pumps, install showers, and remove/refit components such as bath panels and kitchen units where needed. You will understand great customer care and always demonstrate our values. You will maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and a right-first-time approach to tasks whilst working collaboratively across CCHA. The role is permanent, working 40 hours per week, you will take part in an out of hours service on a rota basis.
About You
With a strong desire to further improve our service delivery, we are looking for an outstanding time served Electrician, who has genuine passion for repairs, servicing maintenance and improvements. Someone who has demonstrable experience for delivering a quality customer-focused service .
