Are you an Electrical Supervisor with healthcare experience? Are you looking for a role within an acute trust? Do you live in the Berkshire Area ? What you need? Electrical Qualifications - e.g. City & Guilds/ HNC Reactive and Planned maintenance experience Worked in an NHS Trust for 2 or more years Key Responsibilities; Lead in undertaking robust Authorised Person (AP) duties including: testing/witnessing, validating, remediation, certification, maintenance and registration of Trust's compliance requirements for Electrical Services Lead dialogue with the Estates Supervisor on any building or engineering fault that significantly disrupts services to patients. Manufacture, assemble, erect and install new work. To ensure that the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activity is carried out by the Estates team as specified. issues will include Legionella prevention, scalding risks, portable appliance testing, fire alarm systems, fire extinguisher testing, lifts, electrical boilers and building fabric. The Role This role is a temp 6-month with the ability to go Perm at the end. The salary for this role is £25 - £26 an hour. You have the choice whether to be paid PAYE or Umbrella.
