We are looking for someone to come and join our HPC site team to support the construction of our nuclear pressure vessel.

There is a lot going on and our team is growing and this is one of the opportunities within our technical engineering team that we are recruiting for meaning there is great future opportunity for growth and progression.

You would be a key member of a small team reporting to the Engineering Manager and be primarily responsible for charge of the supply and installation of I&C and Electrical equipment.

Outside of our site team we also have a wider Framatome engineering team spread across different areas of our business for sharing ideas with.

The key contractual elements for this opportunity include:

• £47,000 - £53,000 per annum (DoE)

For someone to be successful in this position it is anticipated that you will have developed your skills and experience 4-5 years + in electrical engineering, cabling & equipment installation.

On a day to day basis you can expect to be involved with:

• 
  Follow and approve the documents and procedures of the selected installation Subcontractor

• Participate in the development of the installation schedule.

• Ensure robustness of subcontractor preparation (both from a documentation and resource perspective) prior to the start of on-site activities.

• Entry point for the processing of installation sub-contractor open points (non conformance reports, field change requests, clarifications, interface sheets….)
  
• Provide support to installation activities through exchanges with Framatome design engineering teams, Project Engineers, the Customer(NNB) and its engineering team on site (JDO)
  
• Setting up of Framatome internal follow-up and indicators + weekly follow-up meetings with installation Subcontractor
  
• Participate in the review and issuance of end of installation reports including care and maintenance reports
  
• Support to configuration management on the issuance of field changes and for implementation of design changes on site.
