Job description

We are working with a highly experienced multi-disc engineering consultancy who are currently looking add a Senior Electrical Engineer to their team due to continued exponential growth.

Our client provides innovative and specialist design engineering services in the UK and overseas and our passionate about creating a more sustainable future.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a team of design engineers on projects ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.
• Mentor junior members of the team to support with their growth and development.
• Participate in project meetings, presenting technical information and offering innovative solutions to complex electrical engineering challenges.
• Work alongside the company Directors to grow and develop the company brand.

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience working within an engineering consultancy.
• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience working on Data Centre projects.
• Experience managing a team of engineers and acting as project lead.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
