Electrical Associate Director - To £85K Package Equity

Due to their Electrical Director relocating abroad, this quality focussed MEP and Sustainability Consultancy are now looking for a client facing Electrical Associate Director for their London office.
You'll enjoy working on a variety of innovative, low carbon buildings including hotels, museums, commercial offices, mixed-use developments, and education buildings across the UK and in Europe.
Although this Electrical Associate Director role is mainly a technical and team leadership role (i.e., not a Business Development focussed role), you will receive a bonus for any new work you bring into the practice.
As an Electrical Associate Director, you'll be an expert in all aspects of Electrical Building Services Engineering and have a good understanding of the Lighting, Mechanical, Public Health and Sustainability elements on projects too.
You'll use your knowledge of architecture, structural engineering, sustainability, and environmental design to ensure that the building services are fully integrated and coordinated within a building.
You'll manage the workload of junior team members, develop their skills, share knowledge, and offer guidance when required.
You will prepare proposals and scopes of services, negotiate with project managers and clients to reach positive collaborative outcomes whilst promoting low energy, sustainable design solutions.

Requirements
- At least ten (10) years' experience in a relevant role within the built environment.
- Able to lead a project from start to construction, i.e., RIBA Stages 2 - 4.
- Comfortable providing support and supervision to a team of engineers.
- Up to date knowledge of CIBSE guidelines, British Standards and CDM regulations.
- Good understanding of environmental design / sustainability and BIM.
