Your local EE store in Morpeth is Expanding and we are looking for Full Time & Part Time Customer Advisors

We are looking for people who are passionate about building a new customer base within Northumberland and the surrounding areas.

What you’ll do:

• Find every opportunity to boost your store’s success with sensational customer service
• Create an environment in which customers feel welcome and comfortable
• Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs
• Help people choose the right products and show them how to make their digital life better
• Keep up to date with all our products, services and promotions, and those of competitors
• Take pride in the appearance of the store, keeping it clean and tidy at all times

You’ll definitely:

• Be able to show how you’ve worked to and achieved sales targets or deadlines
• Show an interest in communications technology
• Enjoy being part of a team but still have the drive to work on your own initiative

You might even:

• Have worked in retail, sales or service
• Know a thing or two about the telecoms sector

Salary: Up to £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme
• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Morpeth, NE61 1NT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
