We are excited to offer the opportunity for a HCPC registered Educational Psychologist to join our group clinical services for education. Keys Group is a leading provider of therapeutic care and education to children and young people who have complex social, emotional and mental health needs. We are looking for an EP who shares our passion for trauma-informed practice and can be a key part of our clinical expansion into Keys schools and colleges.
As part of our clinical service for education, you will provide an educational psychology service to a cluster of schools across the north-east and north-west of England. This will include consultation, assessment, training and project-based work. You will focus on helping to embed therapeutic understanding and support, following our evidence-based practice model.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Principal EP and Assistant Psychologists, as well as being able to collaborate with other clinical colleagues including Therapists. There will be ongoing opportunities to contribute to the development of the service both locally and nationally, as well as providing supervision to team members.
We are looking for an EP who can work flexibly and dynamically to give the children and young people we work with the best possible opportunities. This is a varied role and will suit someone who believes in the potential of therapeutically informed education and who can work with education staff to bring about positive changes for young people.
As well as a competitive salary and in house professional support and supervision, we offer excellent opportunities for CPD and want to invest in your career development. You will also have access to a range of employee discounts and benefits.
