The Role*
The role holder will provide a professional, effective and customer focused administration service to patients and their carers over the phone and via email correspondence. They will also be supporting our education team to enable them to deliver the best care to people. This will include coordinating the delivery of health education programmes and helping patients chose the right health education course. Tasks will be varied and interesting and may include referral management, database maintenance, maintaining patient records, planning education services and liaising between customers, healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.

The Candidate*
As a successful candidate you will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and go the extra mile for our patients, to meet service objectives. Experience in an administration / customer services role as well as handling confidential data is desirable although, not essential. You are happy to work autonomously as well as being part of a team, have some experience in using booking services or similar, excel and word and are comfortable communicating with people via telephone to organise relevant education services offered. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential. You want to make a difference.
