Education Recruitment Resourcer | Full Time | LTF Recruitment

LTF Recruitment are very excited to be expanding our team in October 2023. We are an education recruitment agency who solely focus on the long term and permanent recruitment of teaching professionals. We have an opportunity for a resourcer to join our team recruiting for teaching professionals across primary education. The role will be on a full-time basis and will begin as soon as possible. We currently work 3 days office based, 2 days working from home.

We are a very friendly team with over 20 years’ experience within education recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to build a career within the East Midland’s fastest growing education recruitment agency.

• Recruiting new candidates for your schools using job boards and social media
• Speaking with candidates over the phone
• Dealing with queries from existing candidates
• Offering innovative ideas to the team
• Creating pieces of marketing to send to clients and candidates
• Ensuring candidates are cleared and ready for work

We are a growing company and have a large new office in Long Eaton. We are close to the A52 and a short walk from the train station. The finer details of the job are as follows:

• Working hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
• Starting salary between 19.5K – 20K depending on experience
• Generous holiday allowance
• Flexi working between home and the office
• Work phone and work laptop provided
