The Role
Due to continued growth, this company is now looking to appoint a Branch Manager for their Sheffield office. You’ll be responsible for a team of successful Consultants and Resourcers, focusing on the growth and success of you and your team. This is a non-billing role so you will be exclusively responsible for managing a team of primary, secondary and SEN consultants (all with very successful desks!) and a team of resourcers who specialise in finding excellent candidates.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager/Team Leader/ Senior Recruiter who has experience of leading and coaching a team within a recruitment agency. You do not have to have come from an education recruitment background, as experience in any recruitment sector will be considered.
You will:
- Be looking to accelerate your management career and ready to take a Senior role within an award-winning recruitment company
- Have experience as a recruitment consultant so that you can effectively coach your team of consultant on how they can expand and accelerate their desks
- Be a highly skilled communicator
- An exceptional team-player and leader who is able to bring teams together to meet collective goals
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry, ideally within education but this is not essential
