Job description
We are a small distance learning business that undergoes an annual quality audit by our accreditation body.
Your role is to:
- review previous quality audits and determine what we need to fulfil for the next annual audit, which is likely to be in April or May 2023.
- Examine our quality manual and associated documents, to determine what might need updating.
- Liaise by email and phone with our support coordinator to update the relevant documents.
- be available remotely by phone and email, to answer quations that might be posed by the auditor.

Policies having been reviewed, as per your Review cycle
The most recent review was conducted in June 2021, and the next formal review is due June 2022. We have meanwhile checked the policies in our Quality Manual in May 2022, just to be on the safe side.

With Covid and home working, through 2021 and early 2022 we moved to Zoom and phone meetings. These have been followed up with emails, samples of which I’ve attached.
