Job description
As education manager (focusing on Onboarding, Content Production and Sales Excellence) you will be responsible for the development of training plans and programs with the aim of achieving the overall business objectives. You will lead in aligning with the Leonardo corporate team and local functions to produce agreed training content to be rolled out to the business. Elements of the role will incorporate managing internal and external partners. The role plays a vital part in leading reporting aligned to KPI’s by providing monthly updates to the wider leadership team and business stakeholders.
To be successful in the role you will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, strong facilitation skills, influencing skills and project management skills. You will have a strategic mindset with the ability to drive and develop an effective business plan.
Roles and Responsibilities of the role include:
- Build cross-functional relationships to project manage and influence initiatives
- Own the coordination and execution of key business strategies
- Create learning plans for sales excellence and onboarding initiatives linked to business priorities to achieve overarching business objectives
- Create and develop written content in collaboration with SME
- Mobilize the content design and production team for local educational content not already in existence
- Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions to guide new and existing trainers through content launches
- Deliver content to learners as required
- Manage projects and evaluate results reporting back to the wider business
- Track and report against monthly KPIs
- Streamline and simplify processes to elevate learning experiences
- Drive standardization and efficiency through the identification or better processes and tools
What do you need to be successful?
- L&D experience and Experience in designing digital content for an LMS
- Project management experience
- Team management experience
- Ability to motivate a team and track against KPIs alongside business objectives
- Strong analytical skills
- Clear communication skills – written and verbal
- The confidence and ability to facilitate content to learners in person and virtually
