The School:
- The provision provides high quality, innovative alternative educational experiences for pupils and students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties) across the 13-18 age range.
- The school delivers a highly personalised curriculum and offers qualifications including GCSE level.
- The young people experience a personalised approach to their learning, taught by specialist Tutors, industry experts and support staff sensitive to their needs, providing a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Role:
- To provide leadership and management of the teaching and learning of all pupils
- Be responsible for ensuring the educational success of the school within the overall framework
- To take a lead role in the monitoring and evaluation of standards across the whole school
- To be a leading professional, actively promoting effective teaching and learning practices across the school
- To achieve success for all members of the school community within a culture of continuous innovation rigorous review
- Creating a safe and productive learning environment that is engaging and fulfilling for all pupils and staff.
Requirements:
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate recent, successful, and sustained impact as a senior leader, along with experience of working with children and young people with SEMH.
- You will have a positive attitude which will inspire, enthuse and motivate students, staff and the wider school community.
- You must be confident, approachable and have the skills to work collaboratively, build effective teams and also to be a present and visible leader who leads by example.
- You will share the school's vision of 'Creating Meaningful Futures' for its students and ensuring they are safe and happy.
