Brief Description of the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Education Service at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will lead on the delivery and planning of the Trust's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) agenda.
The post holder will be instrumental in ensuring the clinical workforce has the knowledge, skills and ability to provide a high standard of patient care. Identifying talent pipe lines and supporting effective use of the CPD resource, to the benefit of individuals in their career development and the organisation in relation to service developments. The post holder will also support the education and development of Healthcare Assistants and lead on the training for International Nurses within the Trust.
