The purpose of this role is to effectively deliver customer centric materials and tools across the L’OCCITANE UK & Ireland retail population, to deliver the Company’s strategic objectives and KPIs..
This will include delivering field based and classroom programs that educate inspire and enable teams to deliver expert customer experience, demonstrate our brand values and achieve KPIs
The role will be split between field and 'office' days - 60% field , 40% home office with a minimum of 1 day per month at Head Office
What Will You Do?
Deliver field based and classroom programs that educate inspire and enable teams to deliver expert customer experience, demonstrate our brand values and achieve KPIs
Educate, inspire, and coach the retail population to deliver expert customer experience, demonstrate the brand values and achieve KPIs
Lead by example when in the field and act as an animator of experience & retail excellence across all functions (products, services and touchpoints) with both customers and teams, with strong personal KPIs and lasting impact and improvement on team’s results
- Test, feedback and adapt material and tools based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
- Work closely with the Heads of Region and Senior Boutique Managers coaching them to deliver effective local training sessions with measureable results
- Support in management of the training calendar and event planning
- Create supporting documents and communications for marketing campaigns
- Represent the brand as a Product Expert as required by the business; for events, seminars and video content
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of materials and tools identifying improvements either to content or at individual level
- Support in the day to day management of MTS platform
- Support in the effective delivery of key material and tools across all business channels to support great 360 alignment for the business
- Maintain an up to date awareness of the market and new and emerging learning tools and methods
- Support other L&D related tasks and projects when required.
The Perfect Candidate:
- 2- 3 years’ experience in coaching and facilitating in a variety of learning situations
- Experience in retail at supervisor level or above an advantage
- Effective organisational and planning skills
- Open & effective interpersonal skills in line with our company values
- Ability to undertake regular field based travel across UK & Ireland and on occasion, work outside of core hours to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to design and animate training using MS PowerPoint
- Good Microsoft Office Skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel & Publisher
- Full clean Drivers licence an advantage
