Our Organisation
The Football Association [The FA] is the not-for-profit governing body of football in England. It is responsible for promoting and developing every level of the game, from grassroots through to the professional game, and generates significant revenue to support investment into English football each year.
The FA oversees England international teams across men's, women's, youth and disability football, as well as running the National League System and FA Competitions including the Emirates FA Cup, Barclays FA Women's Super League, FA Women's Championship, and Vitality Women's FA Cup, and the world-class facilities of Wembley Stadium and St. George's Park, all with a purpose to Unite the Game and Inspire the Nation.
The Role
We are excited to be searching for an Education Services Coordinator who will be responsible for the application process, post course support, and the planning and delivery of FA Education courses and events.
Key Accountabilities:
- Planning of St George's Park and regionally based courses, conferences and events from application through to event delivery as required by the course calendar – Scheduling / Pre-Course Administration / On Course delivery / Post Course Administration / Customer Service / Stakeholder management.
- Contribute to the review of survey feedback and identification of areas of improvement for implementation.
- Implement process improvements to enhance the delivery of events.
- Provide information on course operations and events KPI's to the Education Delivery Officer.
- In-situ coordination of the delivery of FA Education courses.
- Ensure the courses are delivered within agreed budgets.
- Coordinate the application and payment process to ensure all revenue is received on time.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to course tutors and learners throughout the learner journey from pre-course enquiry through to post course certification.
- Develop positive working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for all.
- Support other team members in the delivery of events when required.
- Undertake project work as designated by the Education Delivery Officer.
- Support the creation of an FAE Operating Manual to ensure minimum standards and clear consistent processes across FA Education.
- Ability to work in a flexible and agile manner to support course delivery and events, which serve FAE Customers. Including evenings and weekend commitments.
- Execute additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group changing priorities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing can be maintained.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of working in a fast paced customer focused environment and delivering excellent customer service.
- Proven team- working experience.
- Ability to demonstrate working with and supporting numerous key internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of budget management.
- Experience of events / operations planning and delivery.
- Ability to manage multi projects and stakeholders.
- Proficient skills in MS Office including Excel.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
Desirable:
- Experience of a sporting organisation / association.

Please be aware that unless you are on a homebased contract, your contract with The FA will specify a fixed location of either Wembley Stadium, St. George's Park or our Processing Centre.
We currently work within a hybrid working model whereby the expectation is to work from your contractual location for part of the week, and as and when required by the team. The remaining days can be worked remotely. We will continue to monitor this model and it may be adjusted in future if deemed necessary.
