Job description
JEP Youth Engagement is determined to support young people to fulfil their potential. You will be required to deliver engaging sessions to our young people, focus the sessions on improving their life chances and communicate with all stakeholders to track and monitor the progress of each individual you work with. You will share and report on sessions through feedback forms, weekly logs and reflections and termly reports.
Responsibilities
To engage our students during activity sessions To improve the life chances of our young people. Support students with different NCFE subjects and modules, such as mathematics, English, Art and Sports studies Daily attendance reports to schools, weekly progression reports, weekly reflections and termly reports Mentor students and encourage them to make better life choices Develop relationships with young people to support their progression Liaise and work alongside schools, parents and other professionals
Performance standards
Expectation to complete all reports in a timely fashion and assure they are high-quality documents in a professional environment Complete all relevant training required for your position in the company Annual quality assurance in line with contract details
Leadership
Line managed by Head of Youth Engagement Any safeguarding concerns will be reported to Safeguarding Lead and any action required will be processed by them Weekly meetings with Head of Education Monthly meetings with Director
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
