- Manage all aspects of education and selling cost centres aligning with Sales and Education Director and National Education Manager
- Support field team by ensuring that there are adequate administration procedures, software, and systems in place. Field Listings, Telephone/Address Listings
- Deliver proactive Admin support to the Jo Malone Retail & Sales Director, plan weekly and monthly sales update meetings, Brand Conference Presentations
- Support Brand PA with Brand Conference twice yearly
- Organise Hotel Bookings and Travel when required
- Organise Training Room bookings and catering in Fitzroy office, and hotel/meeting room bookings outside of London.
- Keep Education Sharepoint organised and up to date.
- Lead stylist recognition programme by organising key moments such as milestone store rewards.
- Organise Stylist Gratis at Key Launches.
- Support with organisation of Stylist onboarding training Be The Best, collateral and gratis.
- In conjunction with National Education Manager Reviews all global education material and adapt to support focus alignment.
- Support Boutique Managers with Counter Tools
- Cascade D2C Experience and Winshop CRM reports.
- Cascade E-learning engagement reports.
- Manage Education Workplace communications.
- Analyse training and performance records post seminar with selling effectiveness to report ROI within the education team.
- Support all academy requirements with Brand Conference requirements from Education, with excellence in execution on all aspects.
- Strategic delivery of all FOC & PO ordering to meet requirements and guidelines.
- Build Collaborative Relationships within Brand Cross Functionally to build Retail & Education capabilities.
- Support Retailer Strategy Meetings.
- Organize Boutique Top Door Meetings twice yearly.
- Support Brand Inductions for Field Sales/Education Team including raising IT request for equipment and access to drives.
- Lead consumer insights on a monthly basis to drive consumer listening.
- Ensure clear communication between total sales & education team and head office.
- Utilise the most up to date modern systems, procedures and software to support the effective running of the Sales and Education department.
- Co-ordination of all training courses inclusive of event/venue/stylist registrations and travel management is undertaken. Whilst Keeping Education Calendar the most up to date.
- Identify with corporate procurement any cost reductions and implement across sales and education teams.

Ability to achieve deadlines with an agile approach when required to meet the needs of role.- Possess strong organisational, analytical and project management skills.
- Oversee content to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Ability to propose creative solutions and generate new ideas.
- Knowledge of operational elements required to produce educational needs.
- Strong capacity to unite with Sales and Education to create a dynamic team.

- Ability to identify and adapt to the needs, trends and requests from the industry.
