Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Early Years and Family Educator to join our Family Support team. Our family support team provides high quality and valuable targeted support to our children and families, with appropriate activities to meet their needs and ensuring positive outcomes.
You will be responsible for delivering stimulating and engaging play sessions, building and nurturing relationships with parents/carers, and monitoring the progress of children. We take a collaborative approach to multi-agency partnerships so that children and family’s needs are met in a holistic way.
In order to be considered for the role, you will be required to have a level 3 professional qualification in childcare or early years education and have experience delivering play activities or family learning sessions, particularly for children under five, ensuring the development of personal, social, and emotional skills.
Contract
Permanent, around 25 hours per week (will consider alternative working pattern requests).
Salary
£17,290 per annum at 25 hours per week (or £13.30 per hour)
