Job description
The Education Administrator will work as part of the Education Department providing effective, professional and quality administration support across a number of portfolio areas, enabling the department to fulfil its function to a high standard.
- To guarantee high levels of security and confidentiality of sensitive information relating to staff and sharing this only with appropriate senior staff.
- To provide an administrative service to the Education Centre. The Centre is used by a broad spectrum of staff from both within and external to Salisbury Foundation Trust.
- Working closely with departments to ensure accurate records are held for all staff on Kallidus LEARN in relation to your work stream
- To deliver dedicated administration support to the Head of Organisational Development & Leadership, Diversity and inclusion, Wellbeing and Freedom to Speak Up teams with all aspects of administration.
- Delivering accurate and timely pieces of work to a deadline; utilising quality assurance methods and maintaining strict adherence to local, regional and national procedures and protocols.
- To maintain communications with internal and external departments, agencies and healthcare staff on a range of issues
- Prioritise own workload and maintain resources efficiently and effectively, ensuring quality within personal limits of competence
- Displaying a good level of customer care and maintaining concentration in an unpredictable environment with frequent interruptions.
- Providing advice and guidance to staff at all levels as well as individuals who are external to the organisation.
- Works within OD and People and Education policies and procedures; operates on own initiative, takes advice from manager if required.
