We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.

You will be responsible for updating missing or incorrect data on our internal database, as well as covering all aspects of the editorial process to ensure delivery dates & metadata is maintained accurately and carry out any other duties which may be reasonably expected of you by your immediate manager or a senior director

You will be provided with ongoing training to support our products and your own career goals.

About you

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Should ideally have some office or administrative experience. Good bachelors/first degree an advantage but not essential.
  • Proficient IT skills in the use of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and e-mail.
  • Showing initiative to pick-up editorial operational challenges and troubleshoot them with relevant colleagues in other departments.
