EDITORIAL ASSISTANT/COORDINATOR

Our global team of experts — many with PhD and PharmD degrees — work strategically alongside our client partners in Medical Affairs, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Market Access, and Commercial teams across a wide range of therapy areas.

As part of the Editorial team, you’ll be responsible for the following activities :
- Datavision/iEnvision database management
- Uploading feedback
- Sending out reviews and reminders to authors
- Closing review steps
- Keeping records accurate and up to date
- Editorial tasks
- Dummy submissions
- Submission of abstracts, manuscripts, posters, and oral presentations to journals and congresses
- Requesting and managing copyright permissions
- Purchasing references
- Reviewing transcripts
- Journal and congress liaison
- Journal and congress research
- Literature searches
What you’ll bring:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Basic competency in MS365 including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat/Foxit
- Basic competency in use of databases (Datavision, iEnvision, etc)
- Good understanding of general grammar and punctuation rules
- Ability to work independently, with supervision, and as part of a team
- Positive “can-do” attitude
- Passion for learning and acquiring new skills
