CONTENT & EDITORIAL OFFICER (Full-time, fixed term for 2 years)

REF: SC4377

Salary on appointment will be £27,929 per annum with an annual increment up to £34,308 per annum.

Are you a creative copywriter and creator who is able to bring complex research to life? Then we would love to hear from you!

An exciting opportunity to become a key member of the UEA Content team, which is dedicated to telling the stories of the amazing work done by academics, students and staff at the University to our wider audiences.

You’ll enjoy getting stuck into creating research-focused content and stories for our digital channels, including web and social, informing and supporting our multichannel content strategy, and managing campaign delivery from concept to publication and beyond. You’ll work with a range of stakeholders to get the right story, to the right audience, at the right time.

You’ll need to demonstrate your experience of editorial and digital content creation, SEO optimisation and web editing, and an understanding of audiences and channels. Previous experience of copywriting, marketing or journalism is essential for this role. You’ll be educated to degree level (or equivalent).

This full-time post is available from 1 August 2023 on a fixed term 2-year basis.
